We are responsible for the prevention if any crew escapes when the
ship docked, and so on. We are responsible to all expenses of the
owner and the owner's representative who has issued the cost for crew
process, if there is any who violates the contract or breaches the crew agreement.
In order of crew cost estimates which is most efficient, the wage
depends on negotiations in accordance with standards. We follow
different rules, each company and each of the seafarers' wages in each
country, and we can never ask fee for job placement from candidates,
as we are aware about human rights, so that all fees (agent fees )
only by employer for us to arrange crews who will join on the vessel.
We care about all aspects and are carefully in accepting the
candidates, as they have to : Good communication in basic English,
Ready to hard work,, Responsible, Loyal, Polite, Friendly,
Applicants do not have bad legal records, Applicants Have all genuine
documents, Negative Pcr test..and so on.
